A leader provides guidance to subordinates by instructing them in the way they should operate. In a group. A leader acts as a teacher to his students. He inspires others to excellence and helps others to develop the qualities that make them exceptional.

4. Builds Confidence

Confidence is an important factor in the successful leadership of workers. Leaders can help their subordinates get more confidence by expressing to them clearly their role and giving them guidelines on how to achieve the goals effectively. It is also important to hear from those employees with regards to their complaints and problems. The leader must make efforts to understand their feelings, see how they glimpse the opportunities for moving up in the ranks and make an effort for them. By doing this, leading workers will become more confident in themselves.

Morale is a key factor in workplace satisfaction. So, ensuring that employees are feeling encouraged and proud of themselves is key to supporting high-performance levels. Management leaders need to be able to motivate their team members, understand their needs and wants, and motivate them properly.
